Refund/Change Policy

Allowed changes:

  1. Amendment on the Insured Persons details such as the typographic errors of Names, NRIC/Passport No., Date of Birth etc;
  2. Amendment on the Clients contact information including address, e-mail and contact no. etc.;
  3. Change of itinerary within the same destination category;
  4. Change of the insurance period;
  5. Change of plan from Asia to Worldwide or vice versa (for single trip only);
  6. Addition or change of optional plans.

All changes should be made before the departure date.

We will honor Special Refunds for:

  • Duplicate Policies for same departure date and destination whether as a result of a technical or user error.
  • Credit Card Fraud Cases as reported by the customer or card-issuing bank.
  • Cancellation requested by customer before policy effective date.
