Refund/Change Policy
Allowed changes:
- Amendment on the Insured Persons details such as the typographic errors of Names, NRIC/Passport No., Date of Birth etc;
- Amendment on the Clients contact information including address, e-mail and contact no. etc.;
- Change of itinerary within the same destination category;
- Change of the insurance period;
- Change of plan from Asia to Worldwide or vice versa (for single trip only);
- Addition or change of optional plans.
All changes should be made before the departure date.
We will honor Special Refunds for:
- Duplicate Policies for same departure date and destination whether as a result of a technical or user error.
- Credit Card Fraud Cases as reported by the customer or card-issuing bank.
- Cancellation requested by customer before policy effective date.
